Step by Step Registration

  1. Download and print the form and fill the blanks with all the required information.
  2. (Personal Check) Make a deposit of US$300.00.
    In the case you are making a deposit for a specialized program and decided to take additional weeks of classes, the deposit will be of US$500 instead of US$300.
    Please send the deposit in the form of a personal or cashier check payable to “ACCECR Ltda.” (Please write it clearly). Mail your registration form and deposit to the following address:

  1. You will receive confirmation e-mail from the ACCE staff.
  2. Please send us the information of your flights using the following format:
    • Arrival information
      • Name:
      • Date:
      • Arrival time:
      • Flight number:
      • Airline:
    • Departure information
      • Date:
      • Departure time:
      • Flight number:
      • Airline
  3. Soon after that, you will receive the final information with the details about your arrival at the airport and a list of recommendations for your trip.

Print & Send – Application Forms

Payments:

Is required to make a deposit of US $300.00 to ensure a space. This deposit is non-refundable and is applicable towards the total cost of the program.

  • Mail the deposit to: ACCE PO Box 666-4100 Grecia, Costa Rica in the form of a personal check or cashier check payable to “ACCECR Ltda“. Please write it clearly, because otherwise we will not be able to make the deposit.

When ACCE receives your application and your deposit, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, following that you should reserve your flights. Please e-mail to ACCE the complete flight information.
