Select the appropriate application and print it out.
Fill out the application and send it to the address specified
at the bottom of the page with a deposit of $200.00 made out to
the name of Alejandro Suarez Castro.
You can pay the deposit with a cashiers’ check.
If you want to participate in a specialized program and then
stay for a few more weeks of instruction, we request that you
fill out two applications – one for the specialized program
and one for the additional weeks (Spanish Program Registration
Form). There is a 10% discount on additional weeks beyond the
specialized program. We do request that you send us a $400.00
deposit along with the two applications.
When ACCE receives your application and your deposit, you will
receive a confirmation and then you should reserve your flights.
And send to ACCE the complete flight information (arrival and
departure).
Soon after that, you will receive the final information with
the details about your arrival at the airport and a list of recommendations
for your trip.
You may pay the balance of what you owe the first day of classes
in cash or with a personal check made out to Alejandro
Suarez Castro.
Cancellation policy: If after we receive your
deposit you must cancel your studies in ACCE, we will refund
your money only if you cancel at least 45 days before you start
your class at ACCE. In that case, we will send you the money
less the cost of postage.
